Our Sewage Treatment Plant Probe

With our sensors sludge distribution profiles can be measured in real time. So, for example in secondary clarifiers the formation and development of floating sludge can be detected early that countermeasures can be taken in time to adjust and improve the sewage treatment process. Our real time monitoring of sludge consistency, sludge level and layer stratification provides essential inputs for operating the technical devices and processes for settling, thickening and separating of the sludge as trouble-free as possible, and helps to develop new ideas for improvement and optimization of the currently used waste water treatment technology

All measured data can be easily transferred to the monitoring control center of the treatment plant in real time. Our ultrasonic sensors are self-cleaning and therefor resistent against biofouling and erroneous measuring results thereof. Recalibration of the measuring system is not necessary even after it has been temporarily taken out of service.
